• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
• All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all garment tags attached.
• Returns cannot be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Email customerservice@dakotacollective.com to request
• Customer shall take up the costs of return shipping
• Cost of initial shipping will be deducted from refund. No additional handling fee.
• Damaged merchandise or merchandise not in the original condition will not be accepted for return.
• All sale merchandise except shoes is considered final sale including items purchased with a discount code/coupon.
